General Information:

All products sold through furkids.pet are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

By using this website, you confirm that you have read and understood and that you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in the form in which they appear at the time you are using this Website.

Furkids.pet reserves the right to amend its site and contents as when it is deemed fit.

Account Creation:

By creating an account on furkids.pet, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

For us to be able to serve you, you agree to provide us with accurate details - name, valid email address, billing address, delivery address and contact phone number. You agree to the use of your personal information for the purposes of furkids.pet  providing it's Services to you.

Furkids.pet provides the use of an Account section where customer can login using username/password credentials unique to each user. 

The Customer may not transfer his/her account credentials (username/password) to any other person.

Account Security:

Customer is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information provided when registering an account, including, without limitation, the password chosen by Customer.

The Customer agrees to limit the access of the account to himself/herself only, and take all reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality of the account password used to access the Services.

Customer will be responsible for all activities carried out under his/her account. If customer becomes aware or suspects the unauthorized use of the account by any other person/entity, he/she should inform furkids.pet immediately.

The Customer consents to disclose all information provided to all staff, service personnel, agents and service providers of furkids.pet for the purposes of his/her use of Services of furkids.pet.

Communication Preferences:

Customer will be notified of all order and account related updates via the email address and/or phone number that they provide to furkids.pet.

When the Customer registers for an account with furkids.pet, he/she is asked to consent to receive e-mail marketing communications. If the Customer gives such consent, he/she may opt out (unsubscribe) at any later time by clicking a link provided in any marketing e-mail or on the Customer’s account.

Orders:

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us, which will include a unique order number for the purposes of tracking your order.

If, for whatever reason, we cannot process your order, we will contact you on the contact number or email address you have provided.

If a product is Out of Stock, we will also contact you to advise you on the expected waiting time. We’d also be happy to make alternative recommendations if you can’t wait for the Out of Stock product to arrive.

Delivery:

Standard 2-Day Delivery is free for orders above $39 and Express (Next-Day Delivery) is free for orders above $109. The minimum order value refers to the final value calculated at checkout after all applicable vouchers or discounts have been applied. If order falls below the threshold value for Standard 3-Day Delivery ($69), a delivery charge of $8 will be charged.

For order placed after Sat 1 PM and during Public Holidays, free delivery period (3 day or next-day) will be processed from the next working day.

We deliver to all places in Singapore, including Sentosa. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed.

The Customer should ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the delivery address during the 3-day or 1-day delivery period after the order is placed, failing which, furkids.pet reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee for each subsequent trip after 7 days of unsuccessful re-delivery.

Amendment/Cancellation of Order

The Customer may update or cancel the order up to any point of time that furkids.pet has commenced processing of the order (packing or fulfillment related activities). After which, furkids.pet reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee ($8) for each order cancelled.

Subject to the Customer's consent, furkids.pet may substitute an ordered Product with another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by the Customer is unavailable. The final purchase amount charged to the Customer will be adjusted accordingly for any price difference. However, for the avoidance of doubt, furkids.pet reserves the right not to replace the unavailable Product.

Exchange Policy

Customers are strongly advised to check the Products purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All Products leaving furkids.pet distribution centre have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.

Subject to the Customer making a report to furkids.pet within 3 days of delivery of the order, furkids.pet shall exchange the Product if:

• The Product is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date
• The Product has a manufacturer’s defect
• The wrong Product is delivered.

All items sold under sale/discounts or with vouchers applied are not eligible for exchange or returns.

All exchanged products must be returned unused in it's original packaging and condition.

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original tax invoice as proof or purchase from furkids.pet.

All replacement of products will be done at the premises of furkids.pet only.

Furkids.pet reserves the right to collect, and the Customer shall be obliged to return, a Product that was not part of the Customer's order which is delivered to the Customer by mistake.

Trademarks and Copyrights

All materials used on furkids.pet are the property of owners of furkids.pet. No whole or partial replication of content appearing on furkids.pet should be reused, redistributed or modified without consent from furkids.pet.

Others:

By using this website, you agree that you will not hold furkids.pet liable for any damages, injury or expenses which may result from using this website or using of the products sold on it.
